We recently had the opportunity to meet with Kevin Lynn, Facilities Manager at Monument Square / 333 Glen Street, for an initial consultation regarding the maintenance of their five elevators. Our Account Manager, Shari Solghan, led the conversation to better understand their needs and how we could support them. We’re excited to welcome 333 Glen Street as one of our newest customers in the coming months.

The property had been working with a national elevator maintenance provider but faced challenges with responsiveness and timely service. As a result, they began exploring other options to ensure their equipment would be properly cared for and any issues would be addressed promptly.

We’re stepping in to provide comprehensive monthly maintenance, perform periodic inspections, and offer dependable troubleshooting and repairs. Our goal is to deliver consistent service with clear communication and quick response times. We’re looking forward to building a strong partnership and keeping the elevators at 333 Glen Street operating safely and smoothly.
